、Ingredients mixing: the roughly ground raw materials are loaded into the hopper car, weighed accurately, and then the materials in the hopper car are poured into the mixer by elevator, and then the required auxiliary materials are added in turn, and then the raw materials and auxiliary materials are fully stirred evenly.

、Emulsification: the homogeneous materials are directly transported to the emulsifier through the pipeline, and then emulsified to achieve a homogeneous state of the materials.

、Vacuum mixing: the emulsified material is transported to the vacuum mixer through the pipeline and vacuumed while mixing.

、Quantitative filling: the material is directly transported to the filling machine through the pipeline for automatic weighing and filling.

、Sealing: after filling, the material will be sealed by automatic vacuum can sealing machine, which requires that the rate of overlapping, tightness, and integrity of the seam cover hooks reaches more than 50%.

、Sterilization: the sealed products are transported to the sterilization plate through the chute, and then pushed into the sterilizing pot after correctly arranging the plate, and then sterilized by steam sterilizing pot, and after sterilized by high temperature, the products can reach commercial sterility.

、Holding: After the product is sterilized, it will be transferred to the 37℃ soil 2℃ holding library for 7 days to observe whether the product has swollen cans or corrupted and deteriorated, to ensure that the product meets the requirements of commercial sterility.
