2、Steaming: put the cleaned chicken breast into steamer or sandwich pot for steaming.
3、Shredding: Use shredding machine to shred the steamed chicken breasts into shredded form for subsequent processing and cooking.
4、Ingredients Processing: Including chopping, dicing, dicing, mixing, pulping and other steps, the shredded chicken and other ingredients are fully mixed and processed.
5、Filling: Use quantitative filling machine to automatically fill the processed shredded chicken and juice mixture into cans.
6、Sealing: After filling, the cans are sealed using a vacuum sealing machine to ensure the sealing of the cans.
7、Sterilization: After sealing, the cans are put into the sterilizer for high temperature sterilization, usually not less than 90 minutes, to ensure the commercial sterility of the product.
8、Holding: After sterilized, the products are transferred to the 37℃ soil 2℃ holding tank for 7 days to observe whether the products have swollen cans or corruption and deterioration, to ensure that the products meet the requirements of commercial sterility.
